Deadline for Submission
In order to receive consideration, all applications need to be submitted via the Foundation's online application system by March 2, 2018.
Online proposals will be accepted between February 1 and March 2, 2018.
Proposal Content Requirements
Only complete proposal packets will be accepted. Please follow the application process outlined on the Submitting Applications page of the website.
Grant Follow-up Documents and Final Reports
Organizations receiving grant support will be asked to submit grant-related materials, including final reports, using the Foundation's online application system.
Timeline for Grant Decisions/Review Process
Proposals are first screened to assure a fit with Stevens Square Foundation guidelines. Directors who serve on the Grants Committee then review the proposals for fit within the Stevens Square Foundation mission, vision and values, guidelines, and priorities. The Grants Committee members will conduct site visits during the summer. In the fall, the Grants Committee presents its recommendations to the full Board for review and decision.
Every applicant will be notified by late September of the status of their grant request. Grant award notifications are mailed by September 30. Grant funds are available in mid-October.
